Mask are not a political statement. It is an empathetic statement.
It's showing empathy for other people. It is showing people that you are making a statement that you care about your own health and the people around you. You are not only trying to protect yourself, but family members and friends who are vulnerable. Put yourself in a cancer families shoes -- If you had a child who had cancer or a family member who was high risk, wouldn't you do anything in your power to keep them safe, healthy, and protect them as much as possible. Not only do we rely on ourselves to protect our kids, we are relying on other people to do the same.
So if you do not want to wear a mask, just think about these warriors and have empathy for them!
